Venue and Seating Information

Madison Square Garden, located in Midtown Manhattan, is renowned for its multi-level indoor arena design that offers excellent sightlines from nearly every seat. The seating is divided into four main levels: Floor, 100 Level (Lower Bowl), 200 Level (Mid-Bridge), and 300 Level (Upper Bowl). For sports events like the upcoming Devils vs. Rangers game, the 100 Level is considered the best overall viewing option due to its direct sightlines to the ice. Center side sections are particularly desirable for an immersive experience.

The 200 Level provides elevated views that are excellent for seeing plays develop, while the 300 Level offers a budget-friendly option with a full overview of the action. However, seats in the extreme corners of the upper level may not provide optimal views and are best avoided if close detail viewing is desired.

Parking Information

Parking near Madison Square Garden can be challenging due to its location in Midtown Manhattan. On-site parking is limited, and most visitors rely on nearby commercial garages or public transportation. The following parking options are available:

• Nearby commercial garages: Multiple private garages within a 1–5 minute walk around Penn Station and 8th Avenue, with prices typically ranging from $30 to $80 for events.
• Slightly farther garages: Garages located 10–15 minutes walking distance toward Herald Square or Chelsea offer better pricing, usually around $20 to $50 depending on demand.
